The Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC (AHBE), which previously owned NBA franchise has sued the New Hampshire Insurance Company for breaching the contract concerning the claims’ settlement made by Danny Ferry, the former general manager. Bruce Levenson was the controlling partner of the AHBE (former Hawks ownership group). The existing Hawks ownership team headed by Tony Ressler (the principle owner), is not involved in the lawsuit in any way.
